DORIS SURPLUS CENTER may not be the first importer, assembler and dealer of surplus vehicles to hit what was already a crowded market but its first mission is to open a window of opportunity to the low and middle income class in the remote and far flung places in the countryside who cannot afford to own expensive brand new motor vehicles. By causing these innovated and reconditioned vehicles available in the market, they (Classes C, D, and E) will finally get the chance to have their own vehicles at a very low price as better alternative to the brand new expensive ones sold in the cities.
